Haywards Heath & Beech Hurst now has three qualified bowls coaches who can help introduce newcomers to the game and improve existing players.

Anne Bosman, who has schooled most of the club’s newer players – with significant success – is now qualified as a Level One coach under the English Bowls Coaches Society scheme, as is Jill Saunders, who underwent the training course alongside her.

Both are available to help with new and experienced players alike at our Beech Hurst home.

And now Bob Sutton has joined them, passing Level One of the 1st4Sport/Coach Bowls qualification, supported by Bowls England.

Bob can coach members and would-be players at the club but also, by arrangement, at other venues. His availability is posted above and on a notice board in the clubhouse.

Anne (07763 207953) and Jill are available by mutual arrangement.

The club is proud to have three qualified coaches to help improve standards and techniques, as well as a grounding in green etiquette.
